FIRB Approval

Foreign investors will require Foreign Investment Review Board Approval before being able to purchase any property in Australia. This can be done online and our team can assist where required, however all the details and information is found in the official government website, www.firb.gov.au


Finance is available through some lenders in Australia for Foreign Investors to assist in their purchase of investment property. Lending amounts and loan to value rations can vary.
